1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and rajabazi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rajabazi platform — including the website, mobile experience, casino lobby, sportsbook, cashier, or any related service — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rajabazi platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all users of rajabazi regardless of the device used to access the platform — desktop, mobile browser, or any future application format. They apply equally to all products available on the platform including live casino, slots, cricket betting, roulette, rugby betting, and any other product added to the platform in the future.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and rajabazi.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on rajabazi, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal, recreational purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of rajabazi or any of its affiliated studios or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rajabazi or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You do not have more than one active account on the platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you deposit and wager.

Age Verification Process

rajabazi operates a robust age and identity verification process. Upon registration, and at any point during your use of the platform, rajabazi may request documentation to verify your age, identity, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification that clearly states your date of birth.

Accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to belong to users under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. Any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures, and winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided and not paid out.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on rajabazi. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. rajabazi uses automated and manual methods to detect duplicate account creation. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering on rajabazi, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. rajabazi accepts no responsibility for losses or issues arising from incorrect registration information provided by the user.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the rajabazi support team at support@rajabazi immediately.

rajabazi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available. The platform implements automated lockout procedures following repeated failed login attempts as an additional layer of protection.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations, rajabazi conducts Know Your Customer checks on player accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on rajabazi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

Deposits to your rajabazi account are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method selected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. rajabazi does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

All deposit funds must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members or friends — are not permitted. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but rajabazi is committed to processing approved requests promptly. Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier section.

rajabazi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. rajabazi will attempt to notify the account holder via email before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Details of the applicable dormancy fee schedule are available from the support team.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

rajabazi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game list will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Bonus Abuse

rajabazi actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting promotional offers in a manner not intended by the platform, and creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may have its account suspended or permanently closed.

Promotional Eligibility

Promotions on rajabazi are available to eligible registered players only. rajabazi reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or from all promotions at its sole discretion, including where a player has previously violated these Terms. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, the BPL season, or the T20 World Cup are time-limited and subject to their own terms.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry dates are stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms and displayed in the account's bonus section.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

rajabazi is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on rajabazi for any purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables, poker rooms, or in any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with the platform on your behalf without genuine human decision-making.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that circumvents the spirit of rajabazi's promotional policies.
• Money laundering: Using the rajabazi platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to any illegal activity. rajabazi cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence units.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the platform. All chargeback activity is investigated and may result in legal action.
• Fraudulent documents: Submitting false, altered, or stolen identification or payment documents during the KYC or verification process.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel provided by the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or rajabazi staff members.

rajabazi reserves the right to void bets, reverse winnings, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. Investigation findings are final and binding.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

rajabazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks, bonus abuse, and behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Player-Requested Closure

If you wish to close your rajabazi account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team at support@rajabazi. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion through the rajabazi Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from short cooling-off periods to indefinite self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and the player is prevented from logging in, depositing, or placing bets. Inactive Account Closure

Following the dormancy period described in Section 4, if an account remains inactive and the account holder cannot be contacted, rajabazi reserves the right to close the account in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and ensure their contact email address remains current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajabazi and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party payment processing errors.

rajabazi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. rajabazi will endeavour to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance where possible.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the rajabazi platform shall be addressed in the first instance by contacting the support team at support@rajabazi. rajabazi is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. Players dissatisfied with the outcome of a support resolution may escalate through the dispute process described in the platform's dispute resolution policy, available on request from the support team.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rajabazi with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
